Majahual: One of the fastest growing villages on the Costa Maya Coast due to the new cruise ship pier. Construction is complete on a four lane highway to Chetumal, the state capital. The government has built a new Airport, brought in electrcy, and built new housing for workers. The area is ready to boom and become one of Mexico newest tourist areas. 20 meters wide lots are only $100,000, the same price as many areas that do not have near as much planed for its near term future. This is most likely an area of great potential as an investment.
