The Price

The Rental Program

These homes primarily were designed for people who love Roatan and want to be on the water with nearby amenities---but only can visit a few times per year. The balance of the time they want to feel confident that their home and their investment is secure, well maintained, and generates a reasonable income stream through vacation rentals. An isolated home on Roatan sounds romantic; but the concept can be dampered by the realities of stand alone management, security, marketing and servicing of rental guests, utilities and extended road trips by the occupants over dirt roads to reach activities.

All Las Palmas homes participate in our Resort Rental Program, as further described in the Las Palmas Master Agreement. Rentals average $1,000 per week. The homes are fully furnished, daily housekeeping is provided, and full or part time island cooks are available. A Las Palmas resident can return from diving all day and have grouper and lobster Roatan style ready in their own dining room---or take a five minute walk to the Las Palmas beach front restaurant and choose from an array of specialties. Tropical breezes pervade the homes, but air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms. And if you need a break from paradise, Las Palmas has cable television, telephone and internet access to all homes.

Las Palmas is located within eighteen minutes of the best of other beach, dining and diving locations on Roatan. A Las Palmas representatives meets all guests at the Roatan International Airport and escorts them to their home. Transportation to and from the airport is include in the rate. Special watersports and dining packages are available upon inquiry.
